As the founder of T&C, Tonie now helps her clients in the retail, hospitality, and real estate industries with strategic planning, including audit, strategy, content management, customer journey, and analytics, with a goal to deliver engagement and drive profitability.

Tonie's passion for supporting tomorrow's leaders has led her to become a marketing professor at George Brown and Seneca College. She has also recently added the position of Executive In-Resident at Simon Fraser University Venture Labs to her list of accomplishments.

As a CMA Chartered Marketer, Tonie has been recognized by the worldwide branding association as a Top Female Executive, highlighting her exceptional contributions to the field of marketing. 

  With a diverse range of experience, bilingualism and strong knowledge of the consumer goods sector, Mario has a solid understanding of strategic planning, branding, loyalty/retention, creative content management to generate awareness and consumer engagement.. He has worked in retail marketing at Hudson's Bay Company and for various national advertising agencies. During his tenure at HBC, he led the organization premier sponsorship with the Canadian Olympics and Paralympics Committee over 8 consecutive games. He has been a recurring expert panelist at TMU and OCAD retail programs. Throughout his career he has received numerous business and management awards.

Committed to giving back to his community, he served as Marketing Committee Chair for the Toronto Railway Museum. His work in rebranding the museum, developing an online presence, and securing sponsorships showcase his ability to bring his marketing skills to non-profit organizations and make meaningful impact.
